Season
Middle of winter. Currently -16 degrees F. -35 Degrees F. with wind-chill. Snowing lightly. Asia is getting hit with a blizzard.
This is an rp site with a little something I came up with myself, so it is off of no T.V. show or game. It takes place in the year 32 A.C. and it involves people with spirits inside them that can be either friendly or dangerous, sometimes causing a strugle for possession of the body. These spirits can give you the ability to use the body of their former self, with all the power that they had. If you want to get a better idea of some of the things in our world, read the Terminology thread.
UPDATES
2/21/08- There is now a contest going on for all writers. Click here for more details.
2/09/08- I'm getting things finished up and working on getting an affiliation center up and running. Most of the boards are done, although a few more may be added if I can come up with some. There are currently two skins, the skin Lunar Flower, and 2756 A.D. Enjoy!
2/10/08- An affiliation table has been set up at the bottom of the screen. This means we can start advertising now.

belinastraz and jake were fighting on a plane of their own creation. jake knew that if he lost belinastraz would have control forever. "DIE" they both screamed at once while charging each other. however his body was morphing between full mantcore and full human. often leaving their body screaming in pain. for these were no contolled changes these were changes of a mind and body in turmoil. jake was slowly losing ground to belinastraz because he couldnt bring his full forces to bear on the offense unless he was counterattacking. "I COULD USE SOME HELP" he made the body that was sometimes his scream.

He lifted his head, and looked at her, his body quivered as she spoke. His ears rang, but yet, he pressed on. "It is I. Atriax, and I, Celentrak." Spoke the two separate voices, both with it's own cantor. One soft, the other gruff and cruel, almost. They took pause looking her. She was enormous, it was surprising the humes hadn't come by and tried to catch her, or if they did, they obviously didn't know what they were doing.
(Sorry crappy post, in a rush though. WOn't be back till prolly monday.)

From within the beast, confussion sturred both the minds of the great beast Andule and her host, Aurora. She wasn't sure exactly what to do. Normally, she would obliterate anyone who dared crossed into her territory, this one though, he came obviously knowing she was here, and willing to put his absolute trust in her. She didn't know if he was brave or foolish. Slowly, the beast brought its head down next to the hume's body, turning her head so that one of her massive pupils could see him. "Who is it who dare stands before me?" Andule spoke, her voice striking everything around her like thunder. The voice was as beautiful as it was deadly.

Andule grinned just before allowing Aurora to return. Aurora still didn't trust the beast completely, but that is because of everything she had been through throughout her life. She had yet to meet someone who hadn't hurt her in the end. "Tell me where to begin, Your Greatness."
((Sorry it's short, I'm really tiered right now and have had a long, bad day))

Artelin was practically bubbling with happiness, but she did not let it show. They accepted her. All the better.
"In order to take down the Humes, we must first destroy their protectors: the Infecteds who care for the Humes. They are the ones who somewhat stand a chance against them. We will spread fear thoughtout the earth by adding fire to the rumors that will spread about the serial killers roaming the lands." Artelin smirked. "Us."

He stepped back, awe struck. He saw this huge creature before him. His eyes opened, and he fell silent. A small grin crossed his face. "just like the dream." he whispered. He stepped forward, slowly, and took off his jacket and patted down his pants to show he had nothing in them. He walked towards her slowly, with his arms spread in a surrender position. He walked slowly, until he felt he was getting to close, at which point he stopped, knelled, and bowed to her. His head touching his hands in front of of his knees. He was putting complete trust in her. He could not respond nor see anything that was happening. He sat there, out in the cold, bare skin exposed. No jacket, no shirt. Just pants, and boots.

Dragon rose and began to walk with him. She could hear Altec inside of her screaming with fury. His mission was to obtain her? A welcome? More like an execution. Hayden may punish her, but he would find ways to make her fight better than she had before. He was the only reason she had become as powerful as she was. He was also the closest thing she had to a family, as stupid as that may sound. She grew up in Reapers, Hayden being her mentor. Even if he didn't care for her, it was her swarn duty to please him.
Once they began walking, Dragon made a mad-dash in the opposite direction, ignoring the pain in her body. She woulnd't go with him. Even if it meant dying.

By the parts he had gathered, T-elos was able to conclude what his results where, and what his resolve for this problem would be.
We are looking for a military base, but normally military officials can be found in every city. If I can find one without being noticed, I will ask them where the location is of the base.
T-elos walked up next to him. She wanted to be of help to him, but her computers weren't exactly for looking up construction methods. Her computers where designed for battle uses such as analyzing aponents weaknesses or strengths. She felt trivial right now, unable to do anything, and without having power, patrolling would be near useless.

From the waters just beneath the hume, the beast shot up from the water, curving around to face the Hume. It's large body would make anything look like an insect. Her eyes were full of uncertainty, and anger. She was ready to fight to the death if need be.
Andule looked down at the Hume, its eyes search him for answers. He knew her, and somehow, either she or Aurora knew him. Was he looking for her to fight, or to befriend?
The tune continued, never stopping. A sort of unexplained gentleness to the creature did the tune carry.
